We believe in education for women in rural parts of the country.

We look to raise women and children out of poverty by teaching and empowering them with vocational skills.
Health
Health is wealth and without it we can not survive nor thrive. This is why we teach girls about health tips and the need to take care of themselves.
Dress For Life
Dress for Life activities was supported by the United States Mission in Nigeria and Wife of the former Governor of Kaduna State, Hajia Fatima Ramalan Yero in 2013 for the training 60 women in 4 communities on hairdressing with starter packs. In 2009 we carried out an empowerment project supported by Iowa Resource for International Service (IRIS) where women were trained in knitting and given starter packs to start their businesses.
Partnership With NURHI
Our work with NURHI NIGERIAN URBAN REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH INITIATIVE was in 2010-2014 funded by Bill and Melinda Gates in phase 1 and continued with them in phase1 from 2015 till 2019tousemedia and advocate for use of modern family planning methods.
In 2013-2017, we collaborated with Voices for Change (V4C) funded by UKAid to help strengthen enabling environment for gender equality in Nigeria using the media.
LAF Collaboration With MCH-CS Partnership
We collaborated with Maternal and Child Civil Society Organizations (MCH-CSPartnership) under a DFID Programme, State Accountability and Voice Initiative (SAVI) to demand for better service delivery, increased budget provision and accountability in the health sector in KADUNA State.
Partnership With HERFON
We are collaborating with Health Reform Foundation of Nigeria (HERFON) as a cluster member working on a project called Strengthening Advocacy for Civil Engagement (SACE), a five year project from 2014 – 2019 funded by the United States Agency For International Development (DFID) to contribute to improvements in Maternal andChildHealth (MNCH) outcomes.
Family Support Project
Women’s role in the family has increased and their contributions to the upkeep of the family needs to be supported. Lizzy Anche Foundation therefore,supports women with food items to feed and keep the family together. LAF gives out food items during festive periods and creates fundraising activities for Giving Tuesday at the end of the year
SMALL BUSINESS GROWTH
